Shipping and Returns
All items are FINAL SALE unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We ship items within 3 business days after receipt of payment via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and First Class International (arrival time varies, can take up to 3 weeks) and UPS. All packages are covered via Shipsurance paid for by .60 shipping and handling fee. If package is lost in transit customer will need to wait 20 days for insurance claim to be accepted by Shipsurance for reimbursement/replacement. Customer must fill out claims forms provided in a timely manner for replacement/reimbursement. If you select Express options, we will do everything in our power to ship the following business day.
Tracking will be provided the day of shipment.
- International Shipping -
International customers must pay any fees or duties incurred by their countries upon shipping. Items sent via First Class International are shipped at the buyer's risk, as these packages are untraceable after they leave the US. All International packages are also covered via Shipsurance. If packages are lost customer will need to wait 55 days (longer due to covid) for insurance claim to be accepted by Shipsurance for reimbursement/replacement. Customer must fill out claims forms provided in a timely manner for replacement/reimbursement. If you would like to use a trackable international shipping method, please note in your order or message us before you make your purchase and we will arrange for your package to be shipped via Priority International or Priority Express (additional costs will be covered by the buyer). If International packages are returned for insufficient address, customer has the option of paying for shipping again with correct address. Otherwise order will be refunded minus shipping costs and processing fees. If shipment is denied by customer for customs fees, we are unable to refund anything bc we have to pay to get shipment returned to the US. Customs fees are determined by the country of origin and we have no control over this.
