Shipping and Returns

Unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping items back. Returned items are charged a 5% restocking fee. Sale items are final sale. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shelly@roomshop.us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment via the carrier chosen at checkout. We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and DHL, fees are automatically calculated and determined by carrier chosen and location the items are shipping to. Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to customer's email address when items are shipped. All packages are covered via Shipsurance. If package is lost in transit customer should email us at shelly@roomshop.us and we will manage the insurance claim. Once notified, customer must fill out claims forms provided in a timely manner for replacement/reimbursement. If you select Express options, we will do everything in our power to ship the following business day.

Tracking will be provided the day of shipment. Please check your filtered mail folder if you do not immediately see an order confirmation after checkout. 

 - International Shipping - 

All international orders are shipped via Markets Pro. Customer has the option of UPS or DHL, all customs and duty fees are included in shipping charges from Markets Pro. 

If International packages are returned for insufficient address, customer has the option of paying for shipping again with correct address. If shipment is denied by customer for customs fees, we are unable to refund anything bc we have to pay to get shipment returned to the US.
